Request payout from BetCris via Papercheck fed ex..

well i requested a 2000 payout from betcris on jan 25, 2006.. i was told it will take 7-10 days for it to be processed and mailed..
i called today the 29th requesting a tracking number but was told the money has been taken out of the account on jan 25 and still waiting to be send via fed ex.. just wondering if i have to worry about anything? also anyone have problems cashing checks from a sportsbook lately?
anyone else request a payout from betcris and waiting still??

i requested a fed today from cris,i see they took the money out of my account,guess it will be a while before i get it though,i have had no trouble with cashing checks from other books in the last couple of weeks,seems like others have though,good luck andreww2368

still waiting for my check from betcris.. anyone having problems also?

well i called betcris again today and asked when i should receive my check. they told me to call back tomorrow the same answer i get.. i asked for a tracking number and was told it was not ready yet.. the it has left their hands and its all up to the processor to send the check.. can anyone help me.. the funds were taken out of my account on the 25th of jan..

I woudnt worry too much at this point, it took 10 days for me to get a tracking number from pinnacle, and many of these books are backed up in terms of these payouts, as the volume has gone up tremendously due to lack of Neteller as an option.

There is a bit of a state of flux going on right now for sure. Some books are coping better than others.

called betcris again today.. no new status.. told me to call back tomorrow.. said money has been taken out of account now just waiting for processor to send the check out.. called fed ex to see if anything is in transit to my address and they said no..

i requested a fed excheck from cris on jan29,got it yesterday,the bank already cleared it today,sorry to hear you are having trouble with them andreww2368,dont know what the holdup could be

a friend of mine just told me they just received a FedEX check from BetCris 2 business days after requesting it.

They live in Canada, and it came from a Canadian processor.

But hopefully it is a touch encouraging for those are still waiting for their Fedex tracking numbers.

just called..

the customer service agent said he was surprised to hear that someone that requested a payout on the 29th received their check in two days.. they said right now the processors are processing payouts on the 24th.. and mine should be shortely.. he also told me to call back in a few days.. seems like local bookies will start getting a lot of business..

anything i can do to speedy the process?? i ask to speak to someone upper but they just tell me to wait the 7-10 business day period.. they won't transfer me to someone else.. i assume they must be getting 100's of calls.. just have to sit and wait..

all i did was use their online payout form on the 29th,did not call or anything,dont know if you can do anything to speed it up

thats pretty much all you can do right now, try not to stress or think about it too much.....

I understand the frustration, as I waited more than 10 days for my pinny Fedex tracking number.

I received fedex check from DSI today, which was requested 7 days ago. Yesterday when I asked about the tracking number, they told me none and be patient. I am very positive your check will come from Betcris/DSI. It just takes some time.

any of you guys use the free w'd with betpoints? If so, did you need to do it over the phone? I would rather fill out the form online to keep consistant with michael777's(seems his went very easy), but the free w'd would be cool.

that promo started monday so i didn't have the option.. but if u go to ya betpoints there is an option to click to use ya points for a payout.. notsure what happens after you click the option..
