It looks like its over. I tried to accept an offer and it said access denied, and to contact customer service.

Mansion was one of the ways to partially offset the loss of Pinny.

This is really getting annoying.

Mansion should have been very high on everybodys list of sportsbooks that would be next to limit U.S. customers from playing..............they sure were to this observer.-FH-

I agree, it's not unexpected, nor particularly a bad decision on their part. What will be interesting to see is where they go from here. I'm hoping they add stuff like tennis and golf in exchange for removing CBB etc..

Everyone saw it coming. It's just still a big loss. I was hoping it would at least last till the super bowl.

No Fish I did not have any money there.

I was down to WSEX and Matchbook. Pulling everything out today.

Yes I did see it coming.

I dont see any problems with you guys getting your money.

I made myself a little fleece about 1 week ago. I said to myself if any more highly respected books close down before the super bowl, im getting 100% out.

I know that sounds corney, but I made that promise, and im sticking to it.

I am now going to call it done until after the Super Bowl and March Maddness.

Anyone who stays around past APRIL 1st, is a pretty solid bet IMO.

I feel just like Tommorows Newspaper. Read his thread. I feel just like him.

But Mansion will remain a huge ongoing business. I cannot imagine they will stiff anybody.

You consider MANSION as highly respected as OLY/BETJAM and WSEX/MATCHBOOK?

Not even remotely close in my opinion.

I know you may not agree, but I think that Mansion is the only book around besides Pinnacle that has 10X the funds that they owe to customers.

There owner is one of the most reputable and rich people in the entire world. His net worth is better than Pinnacle Sportsbook.

For strictly personal reasons (i.e. I've met the Mansion people, never met the Oly/WSEX people), I would rather have funds in Mansion than most offshores in the current climate.

As Choptalk says, the Mansion owner has more to lose by stiffing then many offshores.

Well, put in a wire transfer withdrawal request. That's the only withdrawal option available. We'll see how it goes.

Since when did NET WORTH have anything to do with CREDIBILITY????

The Greek and the boys at Wsex know more about this business and have 100x the credibility IN THIS BUSINESS than the owner of Mansion.

Not a surprise here, given their actions the last few months. They were my #1 out for most of 2006 but I stopped using them when they stopped seeding the exchange.

CMon Fish.. Net Worth has a lot to do with how much you have to risk in your future business dealings. Reputation is everything with a businessman. The owners of Greek/WSEX etc are largely unknown on the world stage, and could likely fade into another industry if they so desired.

Your not going to get me to say anything bad about WSEX or THEGREEK.

I trust that both of them places are going to do everything in there power to pay everyone off.

I have alot of banking issues I have to get corrected.

Im with the worst gambling bank in the world. They already called me on the phone yesterday telling me that they know why I opened an EPASSPORTE account, telling me that its illegal, BLAH BLAH BLAH, in the most condesending why you can imagine. I started a thread on that, im sure you read it.

I have to change banks, and wait it out.

Im not worried about the big books, im worried about my bank.

My bank is stoping bank wires already from sportsbooks, and according toi SEAN1, they are also stopping cashiers checks from sportsbooks. Thats scary.
