thats the reason im pulling out of there.theyll get the message.Players arent going to put up with charges like that. They dont even offer 1 free payout a month. I could live with 1 every 2 months but they wont bend at all.

I dont understand what you are saying here, they are bending, they are offering you a free payout with 2500 points....

anyone with even a bit of loyalty should generate 2500 points no problem at all...

if you ask me they have already made moves to accomodate the player.

:ughhh:

players are also going to have to accept that moving money is not as easy and will need to limit their payout requests...

Is there an option on the website that you can select to have 2,500 loyalty points deducted instead of the standard fee? Or do you have to call them as soon as you put in your withdrawal request? Thanks.

this is not a great option for those who have been taken off the loyalty point program...cris or dsi no longer lets me accumulate loyalty points due to saying my action is sharp and i have won a good sum at both books...guess people who are no longer allowed to participate in the loyalty program will have to pay for those withdrawls :nono5:

Interesting footnote on the betpoints page:

"
* To see if you qualify for our 2500 Loyalty Program Free Payout, contact Customer Service
"

I wonder how you qualify? If you are "recreational"?

Thanks for the info. I guess if you are having a big year or appear to be sharp, you just have to pay up. I suppose if you did well there, $60 is not the end of the world. Maybe they will come up with less expensive methods in the future.

Was just on chat trying to confirm I was eligible:

Me: will I be eligible for the 2500 point payout?
CRIS: you actually only have XXX points, so you need to earn 2500 to earn a free payout
Me: ok, thanks, I just want to confirm that i'm eligible before I work to earn the points
CRIS: actually when you have the 2500 and you want the pay out, management will then decided if you can get it or not
Me: and are the check limits $10k again as listed on your website?
CRIS: no, $4900
Me: when will your limits be what you advertise on your website?
CRIS: i don't know, sir

That's customer service? "Start playing, and after you're done then we'll decide if you're worthy of a coveted free payout."??? What a crappy book.

Google wins again...this thread is the only non-Cris associated website with a hit for that phrase.

I didn't even know anything about the Cris points...clicked onto BetPoints just a couple minutes ago and saw I had 10k. Wow. That just saved me $60 assuming Customer Service gives me the OK.

Oh ok...nevermind...

I was told by customer service that the 2500 points for a free cash out only applies to people, and I quote, that are "losing money."

Payouts

Have any of you with BetCris experience problems getting more than one payout every 7 bus. days? I have an account at Diamond Sportsbook (sister company of BetCris) and I just requested a payout and was told I couldn't get it until 7 business days passed. What's up with that?:think2:

BetCris is the worst book I have used from a customer service standpoint. It's like pulling teeth to get a payout from those people. They delay it for as long as possible, hoping you will get stupid and blow your whole roll before they process it. One time they gave me like 6 different reasons why they couldn't process my cashout, then I had enough and switched books. They try calling me like once a week now. I told them to get lost...worst book I ever used.
