Not many things piss me off, but ESPN getting scores wrong really gets to me

I hate when ESPN screws up the scores. Had Illinois St first half, and believed for an hour that I had won the bet. ESPN had 37-32 ISU, and posted it at least two times on their board. Then I turned on the radio, and the announcer said "this is the first lead for the Redbirds since the 7:00 minute mark of the first half." I thought, WTF? Nothing worse in gambling than thinking you won, only to see that you lost.

The second worst thing in gambling is getting 4 for the game and pushing the bet, when you knew you wanted to bet it at 3 the night before, but because of the DOJ, you only have 1 funded book that does not have overnights.

Hehe, I actually had the exact opposite happen to me once. I had a large bet on the under 92.5 for the 1st half of a Nets game and I looked at the score at half time at ESPN and it said 93. I get home at the beginning of the 3rd and the score is still 92. Nothing is better in gambling than thinking you lost, only to see that you won.

I won a game once or twice thjat I thought I lost at the half...one time ESPN just put the wrong score up...another time after time expired technical free throws were shot, this was after I walked away from the scoreboard thinking I lost....funny how often we all have had this happen...IT will make you sick though when it happens and it's a negative hit...Back in November I made two large bets right before the start of the second half (quickly) and I bet them opposite by mistake....game ends ai loook at my acct and saw the odd balance with all games graded and I knew what I did before een looking...sick feeling.

Bodog is actually pretty good at posting scores. I've never seen them post a score which was incorrect. The problem is that they do not have scores for every game, but they do have them for most of em.
