in the other thread in relation to matchbook fedex checks there is an email from someone who works at matchbook acknolwedging the delay and apologizing for it.

I understand its frustrating, I waited about 2 weeks recently for a check from pinnacle, and I was irritated also... but it did come in the end.
Volume at matchbook must have gone up by leaps and bounds.

I requested checks for $8500 from Matchbook on two consecutive days and got them. The one I requested the next day(a few days after the Neteller ordeal) has been delayed. Today I got an email from them apologizing and they said it will be processed in the next few days and would be free of charge. I am not worried, but would like all that I requested like the rest of us here.
