A word of caution when using Visa gift cards. There are certain types. A know for a fact that the Vanilla Visa gift card doesn't allow gambling transactions. I went to fund my Betmania account and it didn't allow it or any other gaming joint i tried. It sure would have been nice for Betmania to tell me that some don't work.

No first hand experience, but I have read of people having problems trying to fund using the "reloadable" version of the visa cards.

I believe the one-time use cards go up to at least $500 and have worked at betjam among other places.

Maybe someone else on here can add a little light on this subject...

It's a card that has no name on it and is generic payed 3.00 to load it. West Suburban Bank is the issuer.

I have a pre-paid Visa, $2500 max-load, works at jm as well as my other books.

Edit: $3.95 to load...

The gift card is usually used once to load a card for about $300 or less. When you buy it at a check cashing joint, you most likely will get a allaccessgift.com as your gift card, or you can also obtain their "permanent" card that cost $10 for the initial load and $2 thereafter for up to $2500. These cards work at all offshore sites, but the gift card has to be registered before you use it either by registering online or by an 800#.

not sure but I would have to imagine they would send you a check. I have never heard of a company adding money to a visa unless a refund. Just think there is no way Visa would allow this and I am sure it would get abused and Visa would put a stop to it. Good question though!!!

It's done all the time as a form of withdrawal in the UK at least (refunding back on to your debit/credit card). Not in America though.

That's what a pre-paid Visa is bro, a debit card. Even the gift cards, they're debit cards. So I'm just assuming yes, but I live in Florida not next to the Eiffel Tower so who the hell knows.

If you get the reloadable prepaid visa card be prepared to send a copy of your social security card. I stopped using them for this reason.
