Ice, gift to go cards can be purchased at walgreen.I saw 50 and 100 dollar cards.I was told that the number on front of card must start with a 3 or 4 .I used these today at bj (talked to cust rep and was easy!) They must have Visa logo on front. Chip, You can get a Betjam card for withdrawals.
