Called CC today and made a withdrawl. Was put on hold a couple times as they were checking rollover, loyolty pts (free withdrawl),etc. All and all went pretty smooth. I know it might take a week or so for the check to get here which is understandable, however, the money has not even been deducted from my account as if I never made the call. Anyone experience something similar to this. In the past as soon as my request is made the money is gone. Any advice would be great! Thanks guys.

The reason why checks delivered via Fed-Ex are taking longer these days is not fault of the books, the promblem lies with the processors. Since the Netleller closure withdrawal requests by all other means have least quadrupled and in the case of the checks this has overwhelmed the processors, many that handle more than just a single book. Unfortunately this is the new reality and hopefully these processors will realise the need to increase staff size to handle the overload.
The word is patience, this is not a case of books holding back funds or taking their time submitting the requests to the processors. 7 to 10 working days to receive a check via Fed-Ex will not be out of the question with certain processors.
