What are some good lists of bonus casinos that pay and have FAIR software?

With the current climate - I'm looking for ways to make money while not having much capital offshore. Sports require a lot of capital. I think some good casino whoring could be done with $5-20,000.

You do not need NEAR 5-20,000 for the majority of good casino bonuses..........MORE than enough and you will be fine with that BR.

Well I feel a lot more comfortable with $5k offshore than my sports bankroll. So any good lists of places that pay? Non US is fine.

The question becomes how do you get it there and how do you get paid and is it worth the trouble? As a US citizen not many casinos left. Microgaming will take US action depending on what state your are in. Odds On and RTG are a few others.

My thread assumes you have access to non US neteller, but dont feel comfortable with large amounts of dollars offshore...
