As topic after topic is started on a daily basis inquiring how, what, where, when and why events are occuring both in the financial processing and offshore bookmaking, thought that many who have never read the law should do so as it may answer some of your questions. Below is the link to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act Of 2006. The language of the Act begins on Page 213.

We can all read...can we all understand. That's my ? Not meaning to be any smart ass. But unfortunately laws today, were meant for those that had graduated from law school and not the "commom man"

Good point but I'm anxious to see the regulations.

Ted I understand that you can legally play online poker and casinos in California but wonder how the regulations will be written to allow you to fund these activities, should you wish to participate.
