Does anyone know why the books charge almost double to send you money vs. you sending them the same amount. For example if I was to send a book $200 it would cost me $22. For them to send me $200 it cost me $44. This isn;t an isolated incident. Are they skimming or does it cost extra for the shady operators they use?
