I am in canada right now visitng my brother

How can I send a bank wire in Euro? I have USD not CAD
What is the best way?

I don't know if any banks are open on Sunday in your area, if anywhere
in my country. You may have to wait till Monday. I assume most banks
can wire funds in Euros.

I am pretty sure you can walk into a WESTERN UNION and send him some cash anyways.

Probably expensive. The bank will convert US $ to CAN $ then CAN $ to Euros so you'll get hit with two exchange transactions.
