Why do you ask? Are you? Getting two tomorrow so I hope not. They're supposed to be drawn on a US bank so I'm optimistic.

first they asked what the money was from and I told them investments. He then had to call his supervisor and then he told me they have had problems with scam checks like this before and then said sorry they couldn't cash it.

Gotcha. Thanks. So you at least got the check back in hand and can now try somewhere else, I suppose? My bank is fairly new so hopefully they'll be clueless.

Deposited one today for $8500. No questions asked, and I was told there wouldn't even be a hold on it. I'll deposit another in the next day or two. Will update if I hear anything negative on either.

THAT makes me feel better. Thanks for the update. What is the maximum you can request with a check payout? Not that I plan on winning that much. LOL

Good to hear. I put in a withdrawl request before the game because i didn't want to be at the end of the line.

recd check after 10 days.. took to Citibank it took them a 1/2 hr to approve it the problem was the check was drawn on canadian bank, but check didnt say cnd or usd funds so they had to make some calls..
glad i finally got the check:howdy:

Probably FedEx. Their 3rd party check processor experienced a large surge in volume following Neteller closing to the US. It took most everyone 10 days to 2 weeks to receive checks, but they seem to be all caught up now. Also, $8500 is the max check.
