How much does this nuetralize Indy's pass offense? It has to slow it down some if the track gets muddy. And theoretically, this will make chicago run the ball more, which reduces the potential of a Grossman turnover. Plus, Chicago has a huge advantage in special teams, no?
Hmmmm....how many huge bets are going to be made within a half-hour of kick-off?

What a square you are! The field is perfectly manicured. If the weather does have an effect it will help the Indy receivers who know where they are going. Who it will hurt is Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis who use speed to get around the tackles to get to the QB. I trust Manning with the wet pigskin over Grossman. Turnovers come on fumbled snaps and handoffs too, not just bad throws. Chicago does not have as huge an edcge in special teams as everyone is saying. Wilkins is a very decent return man. Hunter Smith is an above average punter. Vinatierri doesn't miss. And after hearing about Hester and how bad their tackling was for 2 weeks, can't imagine Indy's coverage teams don't get their shit together.
