I read somewhere that if you used Nine to deposit with E-Check in the past and are in the US then you need to call them so they can switch your account from Citadel to the new payment processor.
No idea if this is true, just what I think I've read somewhere.

On my account when you view the history it says deposit $1,500 by CITADELACH and then has a reference number.

on click2pay.com it says "Please note that we do not accept registrations from the US." and citadel says they no longer do us transactions, including withdraws...

would you mind stating what it says? because im getting really nervous here, as citadel said to me over the phone they no longer do deposits or withdrawls, and click2pay's webpage says they dont deal with US either...

charliepeete and others:

so click2pay is a reliable option?

I heard elsewhere on the RX forum that their CS is very poor and they only allow WD's of 1500+
