No, he will have 1-2 like all the other over rated greats.

I know that sounds outlandish and harsh, but history repeats itself on many levels.

I think it is very likely he could win another one or two Super Bowls but I don't how soon they will come. Colts have some major problems on defense this coming off season with free agents with Freeney,Mike Doss, and Cato June all free agents. They likely will make Freeney franchise player which means they will not be able to resign June or Doss as they are less than 3 million under cap now. How they draft and replace them will be key. Also, it seems that when a small market like St. Louis (Baseball) and Indy win a Championship, they rarely repeat or get back soon as the big boys go way out to buy a championship or they simply don't have the same hunger to get it done a second time. AFC is so loaded that it will be difficult for them to repeat. To me, next year looks like it will be San Diego's turn to get it done if Marty can get it right in the playoffs.

Blueberries?

Something funny, I watch a lot of 'poker after dark' Jamie Gold had a bowl of blueberries that he kept eating. He played like shit and was out early. (In all of the episodes, Jamie is the only one who had been seen eating something)

Now see, if he just got shit faced and ate a lot of salmon, freakn guy would have had it.

No the moron figured it out...balance.He threw for 250 yards and pick and TD..average day at best...combine that with 200 yards on the ground and a reasonable defense and theres your Super Bowl...any playoff team from the AFC but KC would have beaten the Bears or any NFC representive.Gross Rexman made Tony Eason look like Joe Montana.
But they did it congrats to the Colts.

PAT, no flu. We got #4

We were killing the Colts in the first half, it was rediculous. The illnesss eventually got the better of us and made it easy for the inferior Colts team.

The Colts comeback vs New England took out quite a few post season ghosts IMO.

I am a Giants fan.

But this is kind of the era we have entered where we can just disect the super bowl winners and expose them.

It just seems weird. All season long, did you ever say to yourself the Colts were the best team?!

We were killing the Colts in the first half,

...in the first quarter based on a great and fortunate KO return by Hester and a good TD catch by Muhammad, compared with the tentative Colts who couldn't finish in the redzone and settled for field goals.

In fact the Colts had trouble all day in the redzone converting their field position to TDs and were ripe for picking by a good offence.

I thought Dungy was very tentative, especially not taking the field goal within two minutes to go ahead by two scores. I'll remember that for a long time since it blew my over and cut my winnings in half.

Manning will never break any of Youngs records, (most years leading the league in passing, maybe career rating but eras change not the best comparison, most rushing tds, second most rushing yards) He has to lead the league in passing three more times to tie Youngs' mark. Rushing lets not go there. That's why Young is the greatest ever! Championships is the measure of a team, Manning actually proved it this year, he stunk in the playoffs!

When did Steve Youn become the benchmark for the best QB ever. He was a great one, but he'll always be 1B to Joe Montana.

Manning is only 30 no? He's got a good chance to break the first record.. Barring Injury, he is going to play at least 6 or 7 more seasons....if he plays 6 seasons and averages a little more than 4,000 yards per year, he is going to pass Dan Marino for all time passing yards. Quite frankly, he might blow that stat out of the water before it's all said and done. People jock Marino for that reason alone....and he has no rings.

It's a subjective question. But Manning got his superbowl. He's now a HOF. If he gets another one and breaks Marino's passing yard record, he very well could go down as the best QB ever.....ultimately, that will be up to the media to decide.
