I went through the same thing for about 2 weeks, and then I finally did get the check....

however, I am in Canada.

I would send them another email and tell them you would like someone to look into your account specifically, that you do not want the 'automatic' copy and paste reply.

see what they say.

Also having a problem with the greek about a prop I bet. Colts -1 ist down in the 1st quarter. They sent back 1 e-mail saying it was graded correctly. So I sent them the gamebook from NFL.com:

It shows the 1st downs at 5-3 colts. Still no responce.
