How does one still "play" at Pinnacle?

I heard high rollers still have ways to play at Pinnacle. Please explain. If it is done through an agent, who places the bets?

If you have an address in the US it seems impossible to use the online betting. Does that mean you have to call in plays to someone away from the US? Does anyone know how this works?

Unfortunately, you're probably not going to be given the clear answer on the forums since these guys want to be as secretive as possible. I will say that your idea seems like it's on the right track though.
