Bad Experience So Far With Virtual Visa Card

As of around 6:30 am est. I went to the website to attempt to purchase the card.

Made the purchase very small amount, just to test, and received confirmation email. Activated account through email link.

Stated I would receive account info within 3hours or so after info was verified and as of yet.....YEP No response.

Sent an email....No response.

www.giftcards.com is where the purchase was made from.

Hoping to get resolution within the next hour or so.:ughhh:

Will keep you guys posted.

:ughhh: Going on 2+ hrs since email sent

They have my money, but I have no visa account #.

Dont think i'll do this again. If I use this method again I will make physical purchase from Walgreens.

Did you send it to yourself?
How long after you purchased it, did you get the email link to sign up for the card activation?

I've read reports of people getting it right away, and some delayed for a day or so

Yeah sent it to myself.

Purchase as of 5:47 am. Activation link was performed as of 6:30am.

Nothing since.....

The day or so....I dont like. Shit I thought it was to be within 3hours.

the crazy thing is

once they confirm the purchase, and send you the link to activate it

why the hell does it take so long to activate the account? you'd think the problem/delay would be in the FIRST step authorizing the purchase

CRIS....who I currently am trying to get away from due to their lack of debit card.

With WSEX & BetJam able to have a processor online, I find it hard to believe they couldn't link up with one by now.

But to say the least CRIS does have the best server for credit cards...on the low

I can only speak for the Virtual visa. I have no idea if the one you get direct from store locations are any different.

But the virtual visa gives you a number/exp date/3 digit sec code. So im not sure what the difference would be.

Yeah....didnt work at betjam nor wsex. And wsex has a pretty good processor as well.

im a little confused on cc deposits at BETJM>>> Are you able to make a deposit online with your credit card with them without any problems?

Me directly...no

But other forum members have had success with their cards.

Not sure who it was but someone even stated they used a prepaid visa to deposit at betjam, however they had stated they bought theirs from a direct merchant(walgreens I believe).

obviously it has to rely heavy on the processor
a lot of people said the virtual visa works great at a lot of the poker sites

I'm surprised it didnt work at WSEX

Quick question...when you ordered it, did they charge your card automatically right away, or only after the initial hour when they sent you the activation link?

I had the same experience. Ordered one last night, said estimated time would be 2 or 3 hours. Woke up 8 hours later and nothing. Called them and and they said when you put your address in it is case sensitive? Whatever that means. Next, she said she would had to email corporate office to confirm. I asked how long it would take? She had no answer. I responded and said cancel my order. Logged on to see if it was canceled and 20 seconds later it was canceled. This process is to long and not worth the hassle.

They have your name, address, social, bank name, bank phone number, yet cant get it processed in a day. I have better things to do than wait to see if I can fund my accounts.

I didnt have to give soc through giftcards website

You had to give your last 4 of your SSN for the Virtual Visa

Yeah , no pic ID type of thing though.

I won't be using them again. Unless their process is a bit more speedy.
