Tried a numbers of e-mail that went unanswered. Tried calling them, was on hold too long, so I hung up. Anyone know what's up?

They havent answered any of my emails either for over a day now. I was paid by them via echeck though the other day. I requested the payment thurs. of last week and it was in my checking by tues. morning. Payments said from NINE though. My other payments by echeck from them never said that.

Piss poor customer service. They are one of the worst customer service books in the industry now and use to be one of the best.

I believe PayPal was a civil matter, not a criminal one.

It's been several days since I put in a withdrawal request to my (Canadian) NeTeller account.
Finally today they answered one of my e-mails to say I need to fax them a credit card, id and some form.
I asked why and they wrote back "because NeTeller no longer serves US clients".
I wrote back "I am Canadian!!!" which they know or should know from past withdrawals.

Where it stands now I haven't a clue.

How they have fallen from grace ...
