Another post is reminding me of this grading made by BetCRIS a little while back.
Unfortunately, I cannot remember the game in question. I went into my account and thought I had more money than expected. I checked the history and saw a game being graded as winner when it had actually lost. I went into Live Chat and told CS they had made a mistake. She told me they had it right, based on their stats. Oh! But I insist! lol
So I called them up and asked to speak to a supervisor. I asked him to look up nfl.com for the final score. He did and was laughing at their mistake before putting me on hold. When he returned, he said that the grading was actually correct based on their database.

Now I'm the one laughing, saying I don't mind, your loss not mine. I believe I heard him say "go ahead and enjoy it, you square" before hanging up (j/k, twas a nice conversation).
Have no clue what it is they are relying on for their grading but I can't imagine what would happen if they were to deny a winning bet despite the actual final result making it a win.
