<HR style="COLOR: #fdde82" SIZE=1> Didn't even know about this, until I saw another thread on this board.

I was more than impressed with the 25% cash bonus I received back in July 2006 and the great customer service and efficiency of their website.

So, having a bit of time today, I called to inquire about the program. Sherry (I think was her name) says it is inquire only and to check my account in 15 minutes (very professional as always).

Just checked and saw a freeplay balance for $1800.00 :dancefool

I thought the loyalty Bonus Play bonus was a max of $200:ughhh:

I think it works something like max $200 per 100 plays you have made and you can never have anymore than 10 freeplays at one time.

So, a max of $2000.00 (if your account history warrants such).

It appears I timed this just right ($1800 works out to $200 average for 900 plays). Again, I'm just taking a guess at how this works. I'm sure better informed people could give more details

They bitched to me when I wanted a reload bonus because I was up about $4k there.....

I'm up about a grand over about six months - so I'm no sharp.

But, you should qualify for this, if you've been playing there. It has nothing to do with up or down, it has to do with number of plays you've made. They won't bitch at you about this - like I said 15 minutes later.

I was surprised to learn I had played a bit over 900 games in six months.
