probably from the time i got a charge with a phone number that didn't work (later found to be them) so had my bank cancel it. anyway, i can't log into my account and there are no options on their phone number to speak with a representative. even their online chat isn't available. do i really have to pay this crap if they practically don't give me any options on how to?Your account with ATM Online is found to be in arrears.
