Journeyman or other mod, who can I get help for my avatar?

JMan was nice enough to change my avatar to show that I could have an animated gif. However, it's not the one I want. So he suggested contacting TTinCO. I contacted TT and he thought my avatar needed to be made smaller. I think he misunderstood.

The animated gif that I want as my avatar is smaller than the Burger King avatar I currently have so I don't believe it has to be edited. How can I get a file to someone who can upload it for my avatar?

I don't know, you may have to wait for TTinCO to check in. He is on a trip and checking in occasionally from his hotel. I will send him a link to this thread.
