When i watch wade or kobe play i see players that have heart, when i watch lebron i see a lost puppy dog.

Not to mention Lebron's inability to hit Free Throws which is inexcusable for a guard.

Far from overrated. Doesn't have squat on that team to work with. Kobe had the benefit of Shaq at the beginning of his career to win his titles.

First off he is a foward, secondly he is far far from a lost puppy. I'm not sure what you are watching or have watched but you are way off on your observations.

Come on -

First off he hits his free throws when they count in the playoffs.

Second, look at his team. I don't follow it that closely, but is there another top 20 pick on the team?

Kobe and Wade both have something called Shaq.

I personally think Wade is the best player right now in the league, but look at what happens when you take shaq away.

If you replaced Z with Shaq, the Cavs instantaneously become the favorites to win the title.

Lebron is the Reggie Bush of the NBA. Can use him to sell tons of jerseys, advertising, TV, etc... Lebron is a VERY GOOD player. But not great and vastly overrated. He and Kobe aren't even in the same class.

Kobe had less last season and did pretty damn good winning a bunch of games by himself..

Kobe also plays in the tougher Western Conference..

Simple as this, I watch nearly every Cavs game and see what this kid does. You have no idea what he is capable of doing if you only see a handfull of games a year.

Averaging over 26 points, 6 assists, and 6 boards a game and it's considered a down year for the guy. Overrated??? Ooooook....

I don't care what he says, but the Basketball Championships in the Summer sapped the life out his game

SHAQ WAS NOT SHAQ LAST YEA RIN THE PLAYOFFS... people need to realize that

If Shaq was so unimportant during last year's championship run for the heat, why have they been so horrible without him this year? Shaq is still one of the most, if the not the most dominant player in the NBA when healthy.

That is a career year for 98% fo the NBA population. He is a superstar in every sense of the word.

No doubt he isn't a super star... but I don't want to hear about Shaq... How was he dominate in the finals....

Shaq avg'ed 30 a game when he was with Kobe... with Wade he was at 17... and in the finals he had games where he played like 12 minutes because of foul trouble

You kidding me??? Lebron is a freak of nature. He's only what 22 and already skill wise is one of the top 5 in the NBA. It's a shame Phil Jackson decided to coach Kobe and Odom because I'm sure if you put Lebron in that triangle offense with Huges, Gooden and Big Z, he will win numerous championship (since that offense doesn't need a point guard).

The only thing I don't like about Lebron is that he lacks the elusive ability like Kobe or Wade. You just don't see him contort his body into a pretzel to make some circus shot. Lebron pretty much just bulldoze his way to the hoops. From a basketball entertainment stand point, it's just not very pleasing to watch.

Other than that, he's a freak and his time to dominate the NBA will come soon enough.

Shaq is much older now...of course he's not as dominant...you think Shaq would be the second option if it was four years ago?
