for those of you still playing there is it still taking forvever to receive your check?id like to continue playing there but i have bills to pay and cannot be waiting 14 or more days. I can understand why they were taking a while to process when the neteller thing what bye-bye but they cant possibly still be processing payouts, can they?

Took about 4 days to get mine which isn't too bad but staying away from there due to the $60 fee. If I bet 10 dimes a game it wouldn't bother me but too high for what I bet. They weren't too helpful with transfer options to other books either as still wanted the 60. Of course, this was 2 or 3 weeks ago so maybe they changed policy.

i know what u mean about their outrageous fees., and the few books that they will transfer too and still chareg for that. No free payouts on anything. Im really surprised that a top shelf book would be that stingy, but they are.I guess if you have 2500 points accumulated you can put that towards a free fed ex check.Im glad you got your check so quickly>>>im amazed at that!

RDC-3 if you want me to check on the status of your check please email me your BetCRIS account number along with the withdrawal amount and when you requested the withdrawal at wilheim@therx.com.

I posted about 10 days ago that it would take around 7 to 10 business days for BetCRIS checks delivered via Fed Ex to arrive. Some may get to their destinations earlier for reasons I am not quite sure of. I know BetCRIS is not holding back paying anyone on purpose. Requests for withdrawals by check go immediately to a processor and that is where the delays are occuring. Perhaps they are using more than one processor and one is not as backed up as the other (my own theory).

Regarding book to book transfers - for the record almost all books do not like them and BetCRIS is no exception. There is more to them than simply changing figures on a computer, at some point some real money must change hands and that is no simple or inexpensive excercise these days.

For 2500 Royalty points you can get a free withdrawal by check delivered via Fed Ex.(up to $4900 limit). Please make sure you are eligible first before you request this option. The promo is designed to help smaller players get a cheap withdrawal.

I requested a check about 2 weeks ago and got it in 3 days. I also used my pts for a free check. I am very happy with the service.

I requested mine last Monday a week ago. After calling today, they still cannot give me tracking number. This is first withdrawal in over four years. Took three days from Cascade and less than that from Del Mar, however they used an agent.

Why do these books have to FedEx checks? Why can't they just use regular mail?
<!-- / message -->

The are not Fed Ex checks, just checks from various banks delivered by Fed Ex.

Time frames vary but BetCRIS players should plan on between 7 to 10 business days for a Fed Ex delivered check.

not trying to be a dick, but what's the point of paying $60 for a cashiers check (or using 2500 betpoints) if it's going to take 7-10 days to show up anyway?...used to pay half of that back in the day and have my check in 1-2 days...

After I play my freeplay credit, I'm through with CRIS after their latest fiasco. I rather quit betting offshore than put up with this BS. Makes no sense to win if you aren't going to get paid in a timely fashion.

I understand many of you are frustrated because times have changed due to the Neteller situation. I can only say that there are a lot of people working on improving the situation (including The Rx.) but it won't happen overnight. Personally if I needed my money back very quickly I would do what Go2Guy is doing also, why play if you are going to put yourself in a financial situation you are not comfortable with.

For years many players had settle figures and sometime would go months without exchanging money, the internet has created a different type of player when it comes to paying and collecting. I have talked to almost all of out advertiser books about getting something like Neteller established but so far it is been just that talk. Moving money is not cheap, and all books want to do is at least break even with the process. I know some of you guys think that they are trying to use fees to earn money but in my experience that is simply not the case. Break even or cover expenses yes, show a profit no. Why would a smart bookmaker risk alienating players by overcharging for withdrawals? Just does not make good business sense.

The time factor is something we are all going to have to fight our way thru. Once funds are deducted from a players account they are of little use to a book, the delays are coming from processors who are overwhelmed with requests for checks.

CRIS was supposed to have a better mehtod for transferring money a few weeks ago (what they told me anyways) and almost a month later they have done nothing to improve the situation.

I think with regular mail you'd be looking at 3-4 weeks. I know $60 is steep, but judging by my transaction, Cris is not getting rich off of this. They are sending these international priority, which is probably $40 in itself. I was able to use the Betpoints offer, and I suggest everyone call and ask for it when they make a w/d. From start to finish I had the check in my hands in less than one business day.

My experience was great with Cris, I'll be there next FB season.
