Fourm change/upgrades

I've noticed several changes that have taken place on the forum in terms of options, etc. Could one of the powers that be possibly list what they are in the event that we don't notice all of them? After years, there are many that still forget about the Forum Jump dropdown, so I'm sure that many of the new features will go unnoticed by most.

great point. I dont think Ive used any new feature in 3 years. old habits I guess, what all can you do here? I understand there is spell check somewhere?

Please tell me they implemented the PM feature



Oh yeah, I forgot they keep that disabled to protect us.

Dude, how can i hear more of what you do and how? You crack me up but more importantly are damn good at what you do. How much has the offshore crappola hurt you? You still going strong though I know you are pulled out.

I am retired and most of what I have to say has been decided by the powers that be to not be for public consumption. I would let you know more if we had pm ability.

obviously 92.3% of the forum hasn't found that feature yet!!!

WHenever i post, i get a message saying that i can only post once every 20 seconds even though that was my first post in a while. i think when i click submit it sends it twice. No biggy, but i was wondering if anyone has this problem.

I get a message saying my post is a duplicate, even though it isnt, the post still goes through but the message is incorrect.

The upgrade incorporated several new changes for moderation but the site is still the same for regular posters. Sorry no spell check or PM features have been added.


The addition of the signature to the bottom of my posts "Head Moderator" was a complete surprise to me and must be something that happens automatically with this upgrade to the single profile in the database designated Head Moderator.

This doesn't seem to apply if you're editing within the 5 minute window. I've edited with that new reason window popping up, have left it blank and no problems...
