Question for those who use line services

I'm thinking of using the GJUpdate servie - probably gold because it's supposedly live. Just wondering if people could give some insight as to the benefits of a line service. Obviously it's a lot easier to follow line moves but does that mean you have to stare at the screen all during the day? I assume if you're looking to middle it makes the possibility that much easier - but then you have to have as many outs as possible and in today's environment I've cut back. Do people just follow steam and hope to pick more winners than losers this way? What are some of the other benefits? Sorry for the rambling and perhaps dumb questions but I'm kind of new to the idea of investing money in this type or service and I want to use it effectively.

BostonBettor:

First, I hope you saw my response in the DB thread to your last question regarding G&J. Also, would like to clarify that the pricing of G&J has changed. The Gold Service is now $350/ month instead of the previous $250/month and the Silver Service is now $99/month instead of the previous $69/month. Reduced prices are available for 6 month and 12 month purchases. This change was made in mid-January following the upgrade to their new version which provides more information.

Unless you plan to sit in front of the screen all day long, my suggestion would be for you to try their Silver Service first. You can even call them and ask for Sonny or Gino and see if you can get a free trial. They are normally pretty accommodating. Different people use the line services for different reasons. Some will follow the line moves while others may play the Wise Guy Moves and still others follow the line history which is available. The use is as varied as the individual and you won't know how best it works for you until you try it. In my opinion, with the amount of money we wager on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis, the small price to pay for a line service is peanuts and more then pays for itself just with the information provided.

You never know until you try. Take the free trial. If it helps you make money, then you know what to do. Depending on your betting style you are bound to find something a line service will help you with. I couldnt even begin to list all the uses different customers use line services for. They all find their own little niche to exploit and help them earn money.

OMT said what I was thinking in a better, more articulate way, :aktion033

For those who don't know VegasMike01, he works for G&J and can answer any questions you have about their service. As said, I use G&J and wouldn't use any other service. Noticed Krackman stated the same in the DB thread and those who don't know Krackman, he is a professional gambler well known in the circuit.
