I know where it is. It is in Allston on Brighton Ave a few doors down from Harvard St. It's closer to BU than BC (BU is less than a mile and BC is about 2 miles). I've never been inside (There are too many other good bars in the area). They have musical acts a few days a week. Some of these are acts that are on tour. I've passed by and seen people shooting darts inside.
I used to be in the area and on that block quite often for lunch, so there wasn't much to see. The night life in the area isn't bad. Like I said, lots of bars. The best food, IMO, is at "The Common Ground" on Harvard St. (must cross Brighton Ave from Harper's Ferry)
