5 dimes is as good as it gets these days. i made a request last week on monday morning. they said to call the next day for tracking #. next day they gave me the tracking #. following day i received the fed-x. all for free too.

Other books should take notice of what's happening at the books that pay out the most reliably/promptly - people are piling their money in those books and getting out of the books that are not. The message - pay reliably/consistently/within no more than a week and customers will come/stay.
I have pretty good contacts with 5dimes. Since pinnacle left the US market 5dimes is now the best book.
Here is a little bit of information that none of you know about and hasnt been made public yet. For the NCAA tourney they will offer reduced juice(-105) on every single game. Im almost positive this will also be the case for conference touraments, atleast the major ones. They might go reduced juice for every sport in the near future.
I love the fact you can buy up to 15 points on any side/total and parlay them.
On occasion they will grade a wager incorrect, if that happens do not go on a message board and tell every you were ripped off, simply call them or use their live chat and the wager will be reveresed within seconds.
IMO this book is the best right now and is not going no where. 5dimes and matchbook will be the last two standing if everything goes to shambles.
