i believe in the 2nd half he mentions some by their name..maybe got he mentions skybook a lot and not in a good way, im not sure if thats the skybook here or not bc i thought their rep was A+ and he does not say good things about them in the book...
i belive summit sports is pinnacle, he says the head guy there is very sharp and they take the highest limits, so its gotta be them...

Halfway through this book myself as we speak....was wondering the same thing. Author didn't have a problem identifying books that stiffed BW (rio, BOS) - was curious who "Premier" was. Figured it was Pinnacle.
