I deposited the minimum amount into my pinnacle account ($58 CAD) and before I made a wager I decided that I wanted to withdraw some of that money back. I requested a withdraw and got this email:

Dear Pinnacle Sports Client,
Your withdrawal request was declined since you made a deposit and are now requesting a withdrawal without a minimum amount of wagers placed.
Please see the information under How do I deposit funds into my account? in the FAQ section of our site.
Any deposit made to an account without a minimum amount of wagers placed will incur both the deposit and the withdrawal fee. Fees include those incurred by Pinnacle Sports that are normally absorbed and not charged to the client.
In accordance with our policies, if you proceed with the withdrawal your account will be charged the standard withdrawal fee of $25 USD, or equivalent for a check or wire or $15 USD, or equivalent, for a NETeller, Moneybookers, InstaDEBIT, or E-Check withdrawal. In addition, you will be charged for the fee paid by Pinnaclesports for you Deposit. For NETeller deposits the fee is 2.3%, Moneybookers fees are 2%, E-Checks fees are $4 USD or $5 CAD and for Credit card deposits the fee is 4%.
If you choose to proceed, and accept the fees, please advise our Customer Service Department at csd@pinnaclesports.com.

I checked the FAQ and couldn't find what the minimum amount of wagers is. Does anyone here know? Also, will I be able to still make a free withdraw in February with pinnacle?

Thanks

I would ask them directly, but they might mean that at least the amount you deposited be wagered once before a withdrawl.

when you deposit at a sportsbook you have to rollover the entire amount at least once before you can make a withdrawal.

this is common industry standard.

pinnacle absorbs alot of fees to move money and this also helps prevent money laundering.
