Now am being told 15 days between payout requests at BetMania- Mods will you confirm?

I am not trying to stir anything up but I told myself one of the precautions I had put in place going forward was to not let my balance get too high at a book.

Everything has went smooth at 6 books I have been using but tonite (1 week after my last w/d) Betmania customer reps says we must wait 15 days between w/d's. I asked for management and she said no one is in. I have refered 2 NEW PLAYERS their the past month. I have enjoyed them as they are very customer service friendly.

I know these are trying times and I am doing my best too help the industry out by depositing at books and keep a good attitude and most importantly posting positive things about my expierences at these books right now, in hopes that some of the players come back and help stabilize a dying industry but I think this may be crossing the line on what is fair. No other books are doing this that I know of so what could be the problem?

I will try and give BM the benefit of the doubt here but it is getting to the point that when I bet there I don't even want to win as it becomes more frustating. Unless I misunderstood the lady working she said to call 15 days from last request which will be the 22nd of Feb for my max w/d of $1,500. Could someone comfirm this and tell me if this is fair? If I would have known this I would have never played there as they are just better options availbile to me. I am willing to pay my standard w/d fees but this just dont seem right to me. Everyone's biggest concern is trust right now and I don't think I am asking too much than to be treated a little more fair.

For the time being, this is correct in regards to Moneygram payouts (due to Moneygram limits on the amount of & # of transactions allowed per day).

There may be other payout options available, but I can't confirm that until the GM is in tomorrow.

Wow...that's terrible. Especially if it wasn't stated in their rules or payout options.

Just called back and talked to the General Manager at BM and he was VERY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. I have a new found understanding for the troubles they are having as he basically said most proccesors have turned their back or limited their daily transcations with them. He also said Tuesday I would recieve my money and to call him if any problems.

I had a 15 minute disscussion with him about the whole industry. He was very in tune with forums and first brought to my attention that he read alot of them. You could hear the frustation in his voice at all the hurdles they are having too go thru for us US customers but was reassuring with me that this will only get better in the future and I beleived him. I did mention that communication is very important to the US clients right now and he agreed.

I will say it again. This is going to be borderline imposssibile to keep the small players involved in betting offshore as things have went back to the stone ages. I know one thing I am not going anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
