We all know that except for some outskirts in Nevada and Texas prostitution is illegal in the United States. Well I think I found a way to make it legal to some chick for sex and for it to be perfectly legal....

You pay a prostitute for sex and ask if you can videotape it. Then it becomes Pornography which is perfectly legal.

so you want to hire an actor/actress to perform in a movie?

here is your check list:

1. Permits
2. Location approvals
3. zoning
4. commuinity standards
5. Health testing
6. Record keeping (age compliance)

get all that taken care of and all you have to do is contact an 'alternative' modeling agency and they'll send over all the chicks you can handle... after they check you out.

then you STILL are gonna run into trouble cuz anyone with any kind of authority is gonna mess with you.

Why would a restaurant need a health permit? I mean, it's their proerty, their food, and if you don't like it you don't have to eat there?

They issue licenses to companies probably to offset the costs of running an agency that makes sure they comply and conform to all laws regulating the industry......like making sure the sluts are 18.

Maybe I am fighting a winless battle but... On Bum Fights they paid a prostitute to suck off a bum on tape and I am failry confident those jerkoffs didn't get that approved. Plus if you make a home movie ala A Night In Paris and The Tommy Lee/Pam Anderson tape approval is not needed if that was the case you would need to get a permit to even buy a video camera.

I figure all you would need to do is make clear what services you are paying for. Obviously paying for sex is illegal but paying for someones consent to be videotaped is not and sex is not an illegal act. Keep in mind the sex tape would be considered a home movie. Just like if I had a son that played little league soccer and I videotaped his game. I own that video and I don't need to get it licensed. So say a couple of parents asked me to make them a copy of that tape and offered to pay me, it is not illegal for me to profit off of my materials and labor. The only reason to get that soccer tape licensed and copyrighted would be to prevent somebody else from making copies and selling that tape themselves without my consent.

I can see this being illegal if the chick was underage or something and you tried to sexually exploit a minor. But video taping a sex act with a willing partner is part of your constitutional rights, except maybe in Utah were you have no rights.

Of course you can tape yourself having sex with a willing partner, the only thing they are gonna have against you is paying for sex, aka: prostitution.

When you tape your son playing soccer you arent taping anything illegal, comparing that to recording an act of prostitution, which happens to be illegal comes accross as unintelligent.

I am just trying to argue the case that there is a big loop-hole in the law between prostitution and pornography. Of course there is a big difference between sex on film with a prostitute and a little league soccer game. But the facts have been established.

1) Videotaping sex on film between two consenting adults on film is not illegal and no special authorization and permits is required.

2) Paying a prostitute to be filmed is not illegal. IE if you gave a prostitute $50 to let you record her screwing her next John is not illegal. The only person commiting the crime here is the prostitute and the John, not the producer. Hell its a sex-educational video.

3a)There for asking a prostitute to engage in free intercourse with you is not illegal.

3b)Offering that same prostitute $200 to let you film the two of youse engaging in consentual tender-free intercourse is not illegal.

4a) Viewing that same tape in front of an audience in your own home is not illegal.

4b) Copying and selling that same tape to out of your own home is not illegal.

5) Even selling that tape in the adult section on ebay is not illegal.

The way these facts are outlined above there is no way in hell a judge/jury can convict.

Sorry guys but mind is kind of sick like that. I have a tendency to think of these little thin line crossing situations for argumentive responses. It;s not like I want to put these theories to the test I just think that for every law that is written there is always a way around it. Even gambling online there has to be a way to find a loophole in this bullshit law.
