I'm having payout problem from a book, not an advertiser intertops is slow paying

I had a bank wire work about ten days ago, it took a few days to get all the details worked out, but it worked fine.

maybe i should try that way, i tried about $4000 through their debit card on monday, said funs should be wednesday, i called thursaday they said you never requested a withdrawl, so i put another one one in that day they said check saturday, i call today and they said "you never rquested a withdrawl", please do it again, I tell CS rep that I did check your records, she tells me o but the funds were in the casino and not transfeered to the sportsbook so it was denied,which is bull i have the money transfer logs, i always left the amount in sportsbook to cover the withdrawl, so i just tried again, she tells me they now see it and it will be 3 days to see funds on debit card. I just started using them, should I be worried at all?
