Wow, what a piece of shit this airline is. The get burnt by a little weather on Saturday and today 1/3 of their flights are still cancelled. I'll remember to avoid these guys like the plague! Nothing like waiting 3 days to catch a make up flight

Where are stuck at? I flew this morning from DC to FL and all flights were on schedule for USAirways...

I am shocked at Jet Blue's handling of this storm. They are the one airlines you never really hear having problems. All of a sudden they can't do anything right. I think they will recover just fine.

I will say it is pathetic that some of their employees were laughing at the people being stuck. Some people reported seeing baggage handlers laughing at them & the situation. Classless fucks if you ask me.

Still, they should be able to handle a storm like last week. The other airlines did.

Since I don't travel to any snowy places it shouldn't be a big deal to me. I love their DirecTV and will continue to use them.

Jet Blue Fiasco Last Week

Some travelers trying to get away from the winter weather also know a thing or two about waiting. Jet Blue passengers on their way to Cancun were stuck on the tarmac at JFK Airport for ten hours yesterday. The plane couldn't take off because of bad weather. The passengers were eventually taken back to the terminal and offered refunds.

The restrooms stopped working after a few hours. Unbelievable. wil.

jetblue is the best and after this event, i plan on taking advantage of some deals they introduce to cure this mess.

I think they need a good IT overhaul.

Read over the weekend they phoned all pilots and cabin staff to determine how many hours they could work in accordance with FAA regulations. If they couldn't get that from the computer how could they be expected to relocate aircraft to where they were needed in the most efficient manner?

Regarding the plane on the tarmac for 10 hours I understand passengers had to option to get off into police custody by causing a disturbance. Guess that could be an easy decision.

Frontier has Directv....Awesome way to kill time on a flight.

If I was locked up in a plane for 10 hours without going anywhere, somebody better have the f'ing cuffs ready.

went through the same thing, ttinco...when i went to see the Patriots play down in Nashville.

It was drizzling rain...and had about 8 delays...on a two way trip...VERY poor customer service. For a simple three day trip...spent a good half of the trip in the airport. Trust me, it wasnt even raining enough for an umbrella & everyone else was running smooth as can be.

Remember this is the same outfit that kept a plane load of people on a plane for 10 hours, last week...common sense w/ their customer service is lacking.

Be sure to complain to them...they compensated me w/ a voucher for a future trip.

They're still very good. I take a car service to JFK from NJ every time I have to fly somewhere and it's still the cheapest way to go. (They have limited flights from Newark)

And no joke, the easiest flight attendants ever!!! When I came back from Vegas, I gave the flight attendant my number. She called me the next day at 7am on her way to catch a flight. They must get these girls from the chicken ranch. I'm 2 for my last 3 flights with Jetblue and should have closed on the second flight.

i noticed the boise st logo under ur name, and i agree 99%, they should have played in the title game that is for sure. the ncaa fb season end's in the same pathetic fasion every yr....controversy....get some playoff's.:party:
