WTF Heard this on local tv

Police went into a house here in nc and found a dead man in a chair with the tv going.they said he has been dead about 1 year.my question if he lived alone,didnt he any family somewhere and why didnt his power get turn off after a few months after not paying his bill..very strange......ck

I saw that yesterday and wondered the exact same thing Kid.

Then I did some research and get this...A man in Russia was dead in his apartment for six years before anyone found him! How does the electric stay on for 6 years? In both cases the power was never turned off.

I believe the most recent was one was found with the 'TV blaring'
