Yea, couple years at Art Academy of Cincinnati,(UC too) then dropped out. Started in the cheesecake biz, then went to bonus whoring, now back to cheesecake biz, with a different biz approach, and soon to pay off huge.
I get more enjoyment out of this than anything. It's not like a job at all, it's all fun really. drawing, sculpting for a living, couldn't get any better really. I never got any enjoyment out of beating books, it was boring as hell, the money was great, but that's about it

so, all your cakes are of the cheese cake variety...do you make the cheese cake or buy it and decorate it at a later time....cause i know that one can buy frozen cheesecake through food suppliers...very interesting concept though...do you ever put icing on a cheese cake....what if someone needs a cake and doesn't want cheese cake will you prepare regular cakes as well....good luck to you with that business...
man, we do anything, cheesecake, regualr cake, carrot cake, etc... and yes, we ice them, with a cream cheese icing. We have a store front, and about 60% of our business is retail. We haev a hell of a walk-in biz, along with birtdays, anniversaries, bridal showers, you name it, we do it
