Did anyone notice how slow the betting was on the CBB hoops board tonite?

BW must be out of town. One of the slowest nites of betting all year (IMO). I need a violatle board to find bets. Tonite was ugly.

Purdue has no past success in Iowa City for a long, long time. Plus Purdue is getting better, but is still a long way from a good road team. Their only road win in the last two+ years in the Big Ten is against Penn St. (Currently 11th). Even when Purdue was a NCAA tournament team (4+ years ago), they really struggled against Iowa. Tread carefully here.

currently stand at 32-24 for the nite (counting all bets as $100 plays some were $200 but counted those as 2 bets). I did really well on NBA halftimes (7-1). Up close to $600 with 3 bets pending. Not much steam but I found value. Have done really well last 3 nites. :suomi:

if - and a big if - iowa wins the last 2 regular season games they are only 18-12 with an rpi of ~60 i'd guess. losses @ Drake and @ ASU are not looking good. what is the highest rpi ever of an at large team? i think i read somewhere it was 51 or something.

i still think Iowa needs at least 1 BTT win to make a solid case.

There is no way I see possible that a team with a 10-6 BIG TEN record(no matter how down the conference is) that finishes 3rd or 4th in the conference does not recieve a bid to the BIG DANCE.
