going for march madness. thanks.

I went to a place out at Red Rock Casino, I think it's called Salt Lick...was pretty damn good. I ate more food at that sitting than I have the last 3 days combined.

THE SALT LICK is IT. Love that place and its all you can eat for 16.99. Its a combo plate of ribs, brisket, with a perfect smoke ring and what many would call a very good mild Wisconsin kielbasa sausage. It comes with all the sides and after the first plate I just get the ribs, which are smoked to a T. I drive 18 miles to get there. Its at the Red Rock.

Red Rock has some nice "talent" walking around that place. Great property and I like it better than anything on the strip.
