Stupid liberal c#nt minds & also the misconstrued American Indian leaders, so obsessed with centuries old past aggressions and pillaging of their people, now are misguidedly doing away with the wonderful memory of this land's original inhabitants.
These morons, by rationalizing that names such as Redskins, Chippewas, Seminoles, Braves, Apaches, Hurons, etc..are offensive simply because of their use by the largely WASPy demographic learning institutions, and/or due to student cheers and mascot usage, are missing the picture, and underestimating the respect and pride that said students from these certain regions take in their modern-day inhabitance there of.
Liberalism at it's finest, doing away with the long-removed memory of a people that should be homaged and remembered, even if largely noticed and remembered by something as "trite" and possibly "exploitive" as mascots and chants of sporting events, in this far advanced era.
Make American Indians something to be learned and forgotten after a fifth grade elementary class, possibly only to be seen again if ever in DC to see museums later in life.
Brilliant!
P.S. I have a touch of Indian in me, I believe it was a great-great grandmother that smoked some Choctaw piece pipe. Sorry for the rant, but the near 50/50 Lebanese-Irish blood(with slight fractional American Indian) in me, makes for the very rare hothead flare-up at times..something vastly gone since youth.
