Do any of the Las Vegas hotels (with sportsbooks) run shuttles to and from? If so which ones?

Thanks

Not sure if they since I've never taken them. Taxis are too easy at McCarron. As long as you don't come in during the absolute peak hours I've only even waited about 10-15 minutes in queue.

I don't know of any. Most people either take a taxi or some independent shuttle service (not free).

Shuttle services are 10 or $15 each way. I'm not sure about a specific casino having thier own though. Like the others have said taxis are the best way.

As long as you don't mind stopping at everyone else's hotel before getting to your final destination. A cab will run you about $15-$17 center strip and a couple of dollars less for the south. Couldn't tell you what downtown runs from McCarran. If you take a taxi, stay away from the tunnel. Koval can be your friend.

Taxis--I hate to use one. Just makes me uneasy. Besides I overheard "part of" a conversation the other day and some guy some saying getting a taxi there was a nightmare.

Dante's suggestion sounds good. Are they easy to spot--run most hours of the day, etc.

WHO after you pick up your bags at baggage claim you go outside the doors of baggage claim or follow the signs to shuttles...there are tons of them ...and you pay at the window for that shuttle , just pick any I have ridden most of them they are pretty much all the same they stop at 3-4 hotels as they are going to yours

, tell them the hotel your going to and they tell you what shuttle to get on ..its easy man , have fun

Shuttles are very easy to spot. When you are going down the escalator to baggage claim go left to the "ground transportation, shuttles" exit doors. Just out side of the sliding glass doors you'll find a kiosk that sells the tickets (they actually look more like a casino chip, but they are plastic). The person behind the counter will tell you what shuttle to jump on depending on what hotel you are staying at. Prices: $5.00 for the Strip (including the Rio, and Palms etc), and $7.00 for Downtown.

BTW, taxis a everywhere, super easy and convienent.

Thanks--exactly what I was looking for. Except I plan to use carry on luggage and avoid that hassle.

Before you fly out, don't forget to go to your local Walgreens or Drugstore and pick up all your TRAVEL SIZE stuff (toothpaste, deodorant, shaving cream, hair gel, etc) from the travel section. Place all of these item in a Zip Lock bag.

On Tuesday, September 26, we adjusted the ban on liquids, gels, and aerosols.
Air travelers may now carry liquids, gels and aerosols in their carry-on bag when going through security checkpoints.
With certain exceptions for prescription and over-the-counter medicines, baby formula and breast milk, and other essential liquids, gels, and aerosols, the following rules apply to all liquids, gels, and aerosols you want to carry through a security checkpoint.
311-3.gif
All liquids, gels and aerosols must be in three-ounce or smaller containers. Larger containers that are half-full or toothpaste tubes rolled up are not allowed. Each container must be three ounces or smaller.
311-1.gif
All liquids, gels and aerosols must be placed in a single, quart-size, zip-top, clear plastic bag. Gallon size bags or bags that are not zip-top such as fold-over sandwich bags are not allowed. Each traveler can use only one, quart-size, zip-top, clear plastic bag.
311-1.gif
Each traveler must remove their quart-sized plastic, zip-top bag from their carry-on and place it in a bin or on the conveyor belt for X-ray screening. X-raying separately will allow TSA security officers to more easily examine the declared items.
Please keep in mind that these rules were developed after extensive research and understanding of current threats. They are intended to help air travelers bring essential toiletries and other liquids, gels and aerosols for short trips. If you need larger amounts of liquids, gels and aerosols such as toothpaste or shampoo, please place them in your luggage and check them with your airline.
Please note that some liquids, gels and all lighters are currently prohibited. The list of prohibited items is here.

But sitting next to a complete stranger has to be worse.

Take the cab. When you think about how much money you'll be spending gambling, the cab price is a drop in the ocean. :103631605

I am not aware of any casinos that have a shuttle service, I have always had enough people with me, where the best way to go was by Limo. If you have 4 or more then a limo is really just about as good as a taxi, and you will not have to wait for a Limo, a taxi you might.

Station Casinos, (Red Rock, Palace, Green Valley Ranch) all provide free transportation to and from the airport.

Coast Casinos as well. (Gold Coast, Orleans, Sun Coast)
Pickup is at zero level. (one floor below bagage claim)

You better call the casinos to get the schedules.

listen if your going to go to anywhere on the strip either take a taxi $20 or less or a "limo"...(glorified lincoln continential) for $35-40...if u think waiting in a taxi line is bad wait till u try riding a shuttle bus that goes about 15 mph and stops at every hotel/casino and does not move well in traffic...it will make u wanna jump out and drag your luggage down the strip to ur hotel.

If you arrive during rush time like Fridays, you will not enjoy the ride through the gridlock streets like Las Vegas Blvd as the shuttle stops at 3 or 4 or 7 Casinos before you reach your destination. Perhaps you arrived on Thursday but I would rather pay the extra $ 10 and get to my Hotel fast.... The Cab driver is going to only make one stop... Your Hotel ! My least favorite thing to do in this world is sit in a hot stuffy shuttle caught up in Las Vegas Gridlock on a Friday afternoon !
