They stopped posting their plays on their site.

I've heard rumors but anyone know what really happened to JR Miller?

Is he going to fold his business?

I was an old subscriber years ago.

thx

Rumors are ill health, but I wonder if it was something else.

Anyone know for sure? I'm sure he would have had to notify current subscribers that he was taking time off or shutting down permanently.

What happen to JR Miller?

He lost the last four months...that's a shame, but not a crime.

Miller had a lot of good info but was a TERRIBLE CAPPER. He lost most of the time and his site proved it. I cannot believe he was that bad. I would not be surprised if the new legislation had something to do with it.

EDIT: WHat is intersting is that on his site the last tracking date was the SUper Bowl. Perfect time to quite.

Yeah, I also hope he's doing alright as I've been following his site for a while now.

I also heard his brother died a few years ago and nobody knows when or how it happened. Nor did he even mention it which I thought was strange to say the least.

J.R. has been in the hospital - and had open heart surgery two weeks ago. He is recovering well - and will be home tomorrow ( Friday, Feb 23 ).

That's good to hear that JR is doing well. I do hope that JR stops selling his plays as they are clearly not worth paying for. I've tracked JR for around 2500 plays and he's down 10 units. JR also lied to me in an email saying the 20 units profit he made from january 06 to december 06 was the worst he had done in "track us page history". Clearly this was false.. he appears to be a charlatan

Mr J you are correct his info is 100% bullshit imo.. He's probably one of the greatest scamdicappers of all time. It's sad that there are people like him doing this to the general public. Basically his site tries to make you feel like your just an "amateur" while he is a "professional" and without his help you probably won't win. His record from years past I've heard has been horrendous at times but I can't verify that as I didn't track it myself. JR's claims of 55-57% expectation are clearly fraudulent. Then in his book on chapter two he describes this simplistic method which he says should hit 54% against the spread.. Using that method in the book you won't hit higher than 51% over the long term. If that basic method really hit 54% JR would be a legitimate 56% minimum capper in the NFL yet his documented record on www.uhchallenge.com is less than 53%.. and that appears to be as good as it gets for JR. His site is blatant fraud

There are random bits of good free info on his site, although some of it (in particular, "debunking the kelly") is false. He puts the free essays out there in hopes that Joe Schmoe will be convinced that this guy is for real without actually tracking him. That's how he makes money.

you are correct turnip. JR was originally a professional writer for the TV show Hee Haw. He used his persuasive writing abilities to drum up customers. I don't know how I could live with myself if I was doing that to people

Came across this thread earlier today. Back in 2002, I had some money that I wanted to invest, and I chose to use Miller's services. I paid $400 for six months. After two months, I lost a little over half of the bankroll, so I withdrew the remaining money, and put it in a bank account. It was shortly after that time when I received an email from him telling me that my subscription expired, and to send more money in order to renew my subscription. I had very few profitable days, and a lot of losing days. I didn't dare chase the bad days, so once I got a little over halfway through the balance, I didn't feel it was worthwhile to continue with his picks. Lesson learned?

Today is my dad's birthday. He would have been 76. Happy Birthday Dad. This is the last picture I took with my dad, in the waiting room of his 20th radiation treatment. Dad was diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer in April, although he really had colon cancer (it was a misdiagnosis).
I have not not discussed many details about his passing out of respect for his privacy, although a lot of people want to know, understandably, especially those who love him.
Three months later, on his birthday, I feel it's appropriate to talk about it. Dad died of hypovolemic shock due to an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm - a condition unrelated to cancer. After responding extraordinarily well to chemotherapy and radiation, his cancer was practically in remission. He died at 8:43 PM at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital with Myra, his fiancee by his side. I last saw him at 6:30 PM.
Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart for your prayers, well-wishes, and support. My dad thanks you as well.
