I sent in a email to CS to use my Rewards points to pick up some of their gear. Big deal right ? Here is their answer .

Dear Jutharat,

Thank you for contacting VIP.Rewards.

Unfortunately your account does not qaulify for the Reward Points.
The reason for that is your withdrawals exceed your deposits you will be considered a lifetime winning account. A winning account will be considered a non-recreational gambler and your wagers will not count towards VIPrewards points.

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Kind regards,

Poppy
VIPrewards Team

First off don't fucking call me by some fucked up name like Jutharat. Thats not my fucking name. I have had 1 withdrawl. I had like 80,000 points but now I can't use them. You would think that in this Offshore environment that a shop would like to keep their customers and have them wear their fucking gear. Guess not. Hopefully they won't be cold calling me in future

So if you win at all, you are considered a sharp? LOL. Haven't been there in 4 years, but who knows if they'd take me back.

common knowledge VIP amongst the squarest books out there...always have been. Usually though, the square books make it easy for the sheep to play...these guys are just imploding in front of us. I rate them a C at best.

Not that impressed with my time with VIP either. I can hardly get in any plays there because their software is so archaic and the site is always creeping at a snail's pace. Not a fun fun experience.

I'd like to see the boys from SBR defend this obviously ridiculous statement. It's what we've been suspecting all along. You don't have to be a professional to be considered a non-recreational player at these jokes of bookmakers. All you have to do is either bet the dog with any regularity or simply have a winning record!!

It's bullshit policies like these that make the case for regulation. It's better to have a few greedy regulators stick their paws into the action than to have consistent lying, cheating and stealing endorsed by an A+ rating from an otherwise respectable watchdog.

Make no mistake: at VIP, Gameday, and affiliates, you are only welcome if:

1) You bet on lines that are WORSE than the rest of the market.

AND

2) You have a losing record.

Do these things and they will treat you like a king. Do otherwise and you will have bonuses revoked, rewards points annulled, and get booted.

Tolerating professionals is not the same as tolerating winners. A book that doesn't tolerate winners is a shit book. End of story.

This book has been a shit book for ever. I could never figure out why SBR always graded them highly. My limits were cut after three winning days and I was pretty much asked to leave. A recreational book is a book that only caters to losers and squares plain and simple. And if I remember correctly their software was horrible as well.

The problem is you have this forum pushing these kinds of sites with their promos and all. hey No harm done, they didn't cheat me or anything, but word gets out that this is not where you want to send your money, if you are indeed sending money.

I've never considered depositing with this junk company. Jutharat....now that's a classic. Maybe they thought they were emailing someone else and made a mistake.
