Own $200 worth of stock in the PACKERS...........which entitles me to be part minority owner with thousands of others.

Day traded the BOSTON CELTICS a few times.........actually a lifetime winner trading their stock, one of the few stock winners in my career.

Bought it in the early 90's..............which was their SECOND offering after their initial one YEARS AND YEARS ago.

It is one share for $200, as that is all one could buy if I remember correctly.

Not sure if it can ever be sold........meanwhile, its sitting in my garage someplace buried in some box. :)

That is what I heard , the stock won't appreciate and you cannot sell it ever.

I think there are over 100,000 stock holders who own a combined 5 million shares, something like that...I hear they can vote or atleast voice opinions on issues, not sure if it ever amounts to anything though...have you ever voted on any issues with them Fish?

Owning packer stock doesn't even help with season tickets, there's like a 30 years waiting list....it must have been a bitch when they played those games in Milwaukee , remember that?

How does Baltimore not have a hockey or NBA team? DC VA BALTO area is a major hotbed economically....I don't understand how Balto does not have atleast one or the other...I'd love to see it but doubt it will happen.

The Baltimore Bullets arena is still the only arena in Baltimore, meanwhile they have two state of the art stadiums sitting side by side.....and a dump of an arena that seats 11,000 sardine packed fans...The Arena was built in the 1960s!

Thank Dollar Bill Wirtz for no team in Milwaukee. You hame to compensate him as Milwaukee is close to Chicago.

Remember when the Packer games were at County Stadium in Milwaukee and both teams shared the same sidelines?

I have a friend of mine who has Packer season tickets that lives near Green Bay and had them in the family for 52 years.I love the atmosphere for a football game in Lambeau there is none like it.I was lucky to go to a game about 7 yrs ago and froze my ass off in late Nov when they played Indy and won.I was told forget about getting Bears and Vikings tickets those are like gold to them.

Been a packer share own for a long time. My son turns 11 in March and put him on the waiting list the day after he was born. He was 43,000 something. Now with the little expansion and people not being able to will the tickets away he is 13k. I had the GOLD package for games as a past season ticket holder and gave them up 4 years ago as they had a $600 surcharge for each ticket owned. Prefer to watch at home now with the bathroom, fridge, and NFL ticket. Hated the TV timeouts.

They say there are no bad seats at Lambeau but mine where 9th row center of the end zone. When ball was on the other side of the field a 20 yard run seemed like 8. Getting old I guess. Plus you are driving home with all Milwaukee people and traffic sucks heading back.

Still love the Pack though.

Sorry to see you go Fish and hope you drop in once in a while.

Pettite tried to get NHL here but the fan base is limited. We have triple A Admirals but nothing like the talent of the NHL.

Peace.................
