Gez these Aussies can drink!! usually I get others pissed to get vital info but last night I was sucked dry of all my systems and left in a heap outside the main ferry terminal:bunnies: Just to answer some of your questions, unfortunately the Mother in Law is still very much intact after trying to get her burnt to death in the Sun on the First day. As for the itchy nut system I'm afraid the ballbag resembles a deflated balloon and has been rendered useless. I had to buy a Hat as my bald patch got badly burnt being a tourist mug on the first day and went all crusty the next day, I swear more people were taking a picture of it than Sydney harbour. Having trouble with the Daughters as the one with me is fed up of sitting in bars drinking and talking betting ( reckons why did we come to the other side of the world just to do the same thing I do at home:icon_conf ) and the other is stuck somewhere in Boliva e-mailing me for some of my hard earned betting cash, not a chance. :suomi:

As for betting Sri Lanka in the Cricket, its more a process of elimination. Australia have not only had a few important injuries but are in an Ashes hangover which they may not get out of. The pitches in the West indies will apparently favour spinners and are somewhat smaller than the norm for other Countries, making high toytals makeable, all bringing things to parity. England will struggle as usual, India have too many old players, Pakistan are too inconsistant and New Zealand may be partying too much after their recent success against the Aussies. So at 10/1 Sri Lanka offer plenty of value considering the balanced bowling attack and batsmen that can chase big totals. All this has been gleaned by listening to knowledgable people and finding the common demoninators as I havent a clue personally. :drink:

Winny,

Can't wait for the prelim ODIs to start up in a couple of weeks. But you failed to mention the hosts...Obviously not the Windies of the past, but a squad that's gaining a little momentum in recent months. Hopefully Lara's knee will be good in a couple of weeks. He sat out the Carib Beer finals against Barbados in order to allow the knee to rest.
