A&M will be a tough out....they pass the ball so well and have several weapons.

I am hoping my boys can win it all. Scary thing is they have no seniors. If Hibbert and Green stay they will be a top 3 team next year. They are adding 2great guards next year also.

Pitt a 1 seed? They lost yesterday and might not win there confernce.

Yes, I didn't mistype. A loss on the road does not a season make. Personally I think that Georgetown as a #2 is dreaming a bit, but I'm willing to forgive some homeritis.

LOL... Hoyas as 2 seed is much more possible then Pitt getting a 1 seed. Hoyas better confernce record and head to head 1-1.

It all will come down to the BE tourny. The winner will get higher seed as a #2 seed. The loser will get a 3 seed.

Conference record in unbalanced conferences are VERY misleading. In eyeballing the two conference schedules, I'd say that Pitt has had the tougher road.

I think the Big East winner could get a #1 seed since I think that the ACC and SEC winners will not be the conference tournament #1 seeds.

Should be an interesting 2 weeks.

Yes. Pitt has a more difficult schedule. But I do not think they will get a higher seed if they lose in the BE Tourny. It's all about what you have done recently.

?

there won't be a big east team seeded higher than Georgetown.

didn't read the whole thread but just saw your reasoning.

i thought you were saying as of right now, if Pitt does win the BE tourney then I could see Pitt being a 2. don't see them making it to a one seed any under circumstance though

This list looks pretty solid to me, I'm sure they'll be a couple of big upsets during tournament week that could change things slightly, but this seems accurate. Hoyas will definitely be a tough out.
