A good accent can really add to the attraction or really screw it up depending on how she speaks and sounds.

I met this girl once from New Jersey, thick ridiculous accent, it took me a couple conversations just to understand her, she was also 'sicilian' not Italian but 'sicilian' :nono5: ...

So after a few conversations her accent was driving me wild....she sounded even better in person,must have been the combination of the sicilian and the New Jersey, and the way she worded things I felt like I was in a european film sitting at the bar with her.

Love the girls who are from down in Texas too. :drink:

To everyone else in the world...Do Americans have accents?? Not talking about people from like the deep south, but someone like Tom Cruise, i wouldn' consider him to have an accent..

Some accents are really brutal, people from Baltimore , pronouce Baltimore 'Balmer' , everything runs together...sounds like crap if you ask me.

It really is crazy how te accents change every couple hundred miles around the country...

Like Brock says though not everyone has a thick accent, of course I don't have one at all....I think the further west you go the less people sound different.

Of course, basically you would perceive anyone not from your area as having an accent. There's a general "American" accent which you hear in Cali/Florida, then the southern accent etc..

I like the Cypriot accent personally, a somewhat softer version of the standard greek. French is also good.

Yeah but I know what you mean. I'd say plenty of australians don't have an 'accent', but if you put them in say the US they would sound out of place. A lot of us get mistaken for being poms (english).

Where they're from doesn't matter as much as how they say it. Most accents can probably be sexy coming from the right girl. I didn't say all accents

I think a good voice and speaking manner can make most any accent sound good. But with out those qualities the accent can be an unpleasant distraction.

I love the american accent, it pretty easy to understand in New England.

I'm on vacation right now in FL and meeting a lot of chicks from Georgia, Tenn etc and damn is that lazy, drawn out ya'll talk turning me on.
