The guy you want to talk to there is Greg Johnson but everytime I try to get ahold of him they come to the phone and say he is busy and to e-mail him, this has been in the past week.
I have twice tried (pre neteller) to w/d from them and than my balance gets so low that I say forget it.
I have actually lost more their than any book the past 6 months.
If you read the e-mail I forwarded you SS he says to fill out form and I will get my money, as they state they are 1 of only a few books who are allowing Neteller depositers the chance to w/d using other methods, in his first e-mail. Now it sounds like they are changing there tune. Greg is a quality guy if you can get ahold of him. I talked to him a few times in the past (last football season) and he was always helpful. I am fully willing to pay all the w/d fees!!!

They are a shit book that does everything they can to slow withdrawals.
First they lost my bank wire. A month later they found it. When I went to withdraw it took at least 10 days and this was a year or 2 ago.
Shit limits, crappy service. I think baseball is $100 or maybe its $200....

This book is terrible. I had trouble there for over two weeks and that Greg Johnson is like a myth. I don't think he exists. He is never available and will never return your calls when you leave a message. I had no problem with them cutting my limits to 200, as several books have done that. But to slow pay me 3200 for 16 days( and this was before neteller was out) is ridiculous.Screw BEted.
Just received payment from them. Afer I faxed info they never sent me confirmation so I assumed that they never received it. Just goto the ACH form and proceed with the info, I did that and it went right thru. The money hit my account 3 businesses days later. They said I must have slipped thru the cracks and that is why they never called me on confirmation.
It took me about 15 days to get paid $13,000 about 6 months ago. I kept calling them and FINALLY they realized they sent the funds to the wrong bank account. My bank rejected the attempted transfer since there was not an account with that number.
The funny thing is that they sent $1500 just 3 days before. They actually have a limit of around $2000 a week to be sent, but some of mine was won from poker, so they agreed to send it in one payment. I had won $80,000 in a prima online tournament and didnt want to want a year to the funds if you know what I mean!! Actually prima stepped in and "asked" them to change their policy at the time
