I am currently experiencing a delay of about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes between the time I submit a bet and the time I get confirmation.
I'm not a big bettor ($100-$300 on average), and I am just a small winner overall at this particular site.
Should I switch sites and let this die down, or are my days pretty much numbered at this site?

I would guess its betjam, they did the same thing to me...I asked them about it and they said I have been manually put on betting review or whatever and every bet they manually look at it, told me they would be happy to transfer me to the greek with higher limits ect. if this was a problem. Currently at thegreek right now and I like it a lot.
